Dear Mustang Drivers,
 
The Guinness World Record attempt will be carried out exclusively by Ford Mustang drivers only. All models and years of construction are cordially invited to take part in this attempt.
 
You can either fax or email the registration form which can be found in the download area to me or give this up during the allocation of starting numbers. You will not face any additional costs at all through your participation - you will only need to buy a classic & automobile club ticket (see ticket price list).
 
Of course you can participate in the whole JIM CLARK-REVIVAL Supporting Programme (see JCR - Supporting Programme Overview).

Plans for the 5. International Historic Grand Prix, JIM CLARK-REVIVAL (The Original on Tour) are in full swing with great success. 13 international race series including the Historic Formula 2, FIA-Lurani, GTC-TC, Historic Formula V, ORWELL SuperSportsCup, etc. etc, as well as several automobile clubs have already confirmed their participation. The supporting programme for the JIM CLARKREVIVAL from 15. – 17. May 2009 at the EuroSpeedway Lausitz is now ready and as usual – leaves nothing to be desired...

Dear oldtimer and classic car friends, automobile clubs, automobile interest groups,
 
We have especially reserved a special parking lot beside the drivers’ paddock of the race series at the EuroSpeedway Lausitz. You can present your classic car ( even your modern exotic ones ) and / or your automobile club, etc. free of charge.
 
From Friday to Sunday, all cars which are parked here are cordially invited to participate in the guided presentations on the race track and hereby get a “whiff of the racing atmosphere”.
 
Furthermore you will have the possibility to take part in the tourist trip on Friday evening to the fantastic historic city of Dresden followed by a visit to the unique historic workshops, dealers, etc. of the “Zeitenströmung”.
 
The “JIM CLARK-REVIVAL Tourist Tour” through the region will start directly from the special parking lot for all classic cars friends on midday – Saturday.
 
All these extraordinary benefits such as free access to the grandstands, pits and the drivers’ paddock as well as a special parking pass and a JCR-programme brochure are included in the price for the Classic Ticket (Classic-Day-Ticket 25,- €, Classic-Weekend-Ticket 40,- € - see JCR-Ticket price list). Please register yourself in regards to your lot reservation with the Classic Car & Clubs – Registration Form.
 
We will also be very happy to display and link up your Logo on our website under Programme – Classic Cars and Clubs - free of charge of course. If you should need any JCR-Flyers and JCR-Posters, please let me know.

The 5.International Historic Grand Prix, JIM CLARK-REVIVAL ( the Original on Tour ) was represented at the Bremen Classic Motorshow in the ADAC stand from 06. – 08. February 2009. This encouraging start kicked off the beginning of a promising and exciting classics and oldtimer’s season. In addition to the 550 fair exhibitors, this was an eventful and overall successful weekend all around - not only for the JIM CLARK-REVIVAL...

Attention: the links to the race series which have confirmed their participation in the JCR at the EuroSpeedway Lausitz are online. We are still in discussion with further race series such as the Group C, Supersports, Trophee Lotus, etc. The first classic car clubs have already signaled their participation - the Ford Mustangs will even go for the Guinness World Record attempt this year. An extensive JCR-Supporting Programme Overview with highlights such as the Classic Cars Corso driving over the race track, trip to the historic city of Dresden, JIM CLARK-REVIVAL Tourist Tour through the region, Welcome-Party, etc as well as a JCR hotel list with numerous favourable rates will be available from 01. March onwards.

The 5. International Historic Grand Prix, JIM CLARK-REVIVAL (the Original on Tour) will be represented once again at the Bremen Classic Motorshow from 06. – 08. February 2009. The first large German motor show trade fair at the beginning of the year kicks off the optimal start of the new oldtimer and classic cars season.
