Accreditation Agreement

§1 I am aware of the risks involved during motor sports events and pledge to comply absolutely and immediately with the instructions and rules (written, oral or visual kind) issued by the organisers, the Clerk of the Course, marshals, the police and their representatives and to especially not enter any prohibited areas and safety lanes.
 
§2 I acknowledge that I am acting at my own risk if I violate the instructions or the prohibitions issued by the organisers. Hereby liability of persons named in §3 is excluded. I acknowledge that I am acting at my own risk if I leave the areas which are generally open to the public and those which are explicitly specified by the Clerk of the Course and even if one’s presence there is tolerated by the organiser. The areas explicitly specified by the Clerk of the Course are:
- all public locations declared as such
- the whole of the drivers’ paddock including all connecting routes
- the pit area
It is explicitly pointed out that it is generally prohibited to dwell in front the circuit barriers (crash barriers, concrete elements, etc).
 
§3 I herewith declare to waive any claim for myself and for any persons dependant upon myself:
- the FIM, the UEM, the DMSB, their Presidents, General Secretaries, Board of Directors, Managing Director, members, salaried and voluntary employees,
- the ADAC, the ADAC Regional Clubs, the local ADAC Clubs, the ADAC Motorsport GmbH, all organisers and coordinators and managers of the series, their salaried and voluntary employees,
- the SCHÖNER LEBEN MARKETING GMBH and its employees,
- the organiser, their delegates, marshals and their helpers,
- the owners of the racing circuit, the operators of the race track and their delegates,
- the drivers, the co-drivers, registered car owners, entrants and their helpers, and when a race is held, the special tests to achieve the highest speed limits or the shortest driving times or when it involves a timed or untimed Qualifying.
- Authorities, race services and other persons or institutions, who are involved in the organisation of the events,
to claim for any injuries against body, damages against property or financial loss so long I dwell in any of the areas generally not open to the public and as long as the accidents or damages have not been caused deliberately or through negligence by the above-mentioned persons.
 
§4 I am aware that the violation of § 1 would result in the revocation of my Pressticket.
 
§5 The areas allocated to the members of the press by the Clerk of the Course are explicitly marked on the track sketch. I will be able to see these during the respective events.
 
§6 I am aware that the use of television and video cameras will need the written permit of the owner of the television rights. The misappropriate utilisation of television or video equipment will result in the immediate revocation of the Pressticket and expulsion from the event location. I am liable for any claims that the owners of the television rights might wish to make against me or any of the other persons named in §3.
